Inner Mongolia's industrial internet platforms surpasses 26

In a recent update from the Department of Industry and Information Technology in Inner Mongolia autonomous region in North China, it has been reported that the region now boasts a total of 26 operational industrial internet platforms.

Considered as the backbone of the industrial internet, the industrial internet identification and analysis system serves as a pivotal hub for facilitating the exchange of information across all sectors and processes within the industry.

In line with its commitment to fostering the seamless integration of industrialization and informatization, Inner Mongolia has been dedicated to promoting the convergence of the latest information technologies and the manufacturing sector.

Speaking on behalf of the region's Department of Industry and Information Technology, a spokesperson highlighted significant milestones, stating, "We have successfully established the Hohhot National Internet Backbone Direct Connection Point, as well as the Honlinger International Internet Data Channel."

Moreover, Inner Mongolia has successfully implemented six comprehensive secondary nodes for national industrial internet identification and analysis, in addition to the existing 26 industrial internet platforms. These platforms have attracted over 68,000 enterprises, all benefiting from the diverse range of services offered.

Looking ahead, Inner Mongolia remains committed to advancing the construction of comprehensive secondary nodes for industrial internet identification and analysis, with a specific focus on key sectors such as energy, equipment manufacturing, and the chemical industry. By doing so, the region aims to enhance the digital infrastructure capabilities of its industrial parks, further propelling the digital transformation of its industries.
