To welcome the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, which falls on Thursday this year, a group of ethnic Daur women from Tengke village of Daur Autonomous Banner of Morin Dawa, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, went together to pick Chinese mugwort on Monday.

Picking mugwort is a traditional custom for Daur women. After drying under the sun, the plant will be sent to seniors in local nursing homes.
