The civil affairs bureau of Yuquan district in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, teamed up with volunteers to bring a sense of festive joy to the residents of Jinhe Elderly Care Home on Jan 20.

As part of a Chinese New Year celebration, volunteers and staff joined the elderly in making dumplings, writing "Fu" calligraphy, crafting paper-cut window decorations, and creating traditional lanterns.

The lively atmosphere was filled with laughter and festive spirit, as everyone came together to welcome the Chinese New Year.
