Pallas's cats spotted in Inner Mongolia's snowy grasslands
A rare sighting of Pallas's cats was recently captured deep within the grasslands of Xin Barga Right Banner in Hulunbuir city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
As a nationally protected species, the Pallas's cat is a vital "ecological guardian", helping to control rodent populations and maintain ecosystem balance.
In recent years, as the local environment has continuously improved, sightings of such wild animals have become increasingly frequent, reflecting the region's growing ecological health.
