The Inner Mongolia Department of Transport recently announced the launch of a new international passenger bus route between Manzhouli, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and Aginsk, Russia.

The 350-kilometer route passes through the Manzhouli and Zabaikalsk border checkpoints. Chinese buses depart Monday to Friday at 7:50 am, while Russian buses depart Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 3:30 pm.

This is the sixth regular China-Russia passenger line operating through the Manzhouli land port, following services to Zabaikalsk, Krasnokamenka, Borzya, Chita, and Hailar–Chita.

The new service offers travelers a stable and convenient cross-border transport option, boosts regional trade and tourism, and further supports the growth of the transport sector, as well as economic cooperation between China and Russia.
