Chairman: Bao Gang
Bao Gang, born in May 1969, is a male of Mongolian ethnicity. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and a graduate of the Party School of the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee.
He currently serves as an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee, chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, secretary of the leading Party members group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, and secretary of the CPC Hohhot Municipal Committee.

Executive Vice Chairman: Huang Zhiqiang
Huang Zhiqiang, born in June 1970, is from Changshu in Jiangsu province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1992 and entered the workforce in July 1993.
In 1993, he graduated from Tsinghua University with a major in National Economic Management and subsequently received a master's degree from the Business Administration Department of Tsinghua University in July 2000.
He is a certified public accountant and also a certified financial analyst.
Huang has worked for the Bank of China, China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation and CITIC Group.
Huang is currently executive vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, deputy secretary of the leading Party members group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government and a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee.

Vice Chairman: Ch.bat
Ch.bat, born in September 1971, is a male of Mongolian ethnicity from Juungar Banner, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Ch.bat joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1995 and entered the workforce in September 1991.
He graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee with a master's degree in public management.
He currently serves as vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region and a member of the leading Party members group of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government.

Vice Chairman: Zheng Guangzhao
Zheng Guangzhao, born in September 1966, is a male of Han ethnicity. He has an on-the-job postgraduate degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Zheng is currently vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a member of the leading Party members group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, Party secretary and director of the Public Security Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, and deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee.

Vice Chairman: Yao Yongbo
Yao Yongbo, born in July 1965, is a male of Han ethnicity. He earned an on-the-job postgraduate degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Yao is currently vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region. He is a member of the leading Party members group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government and Party secretary of the CPC Xiliin Gol League Committee.

Vice Chairman: Dai Qin
Dai Qin, born in April 1967, is a male of Mongolian ethnicity. Dai has a college degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
He currently serves as vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a member of the leading Party members group of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, and Party secretary of Alshaa League.

Vice Chairman: Yang Jin
Yang Jin, born in December 1972, is a male of Mongolian ethnicity. Yang has a college degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
He currently serves as vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a member of the leading Party members group of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, as well as mayor and deputy Party secretary of Wuhai city.

Vice Chairwoman: Sun Junqing
Sun Junqing, female, Han ethnicity, born in March 1971, holds a university degree, and is a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy.
She currently serves as a standing committee member of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, chairperson of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, vice chairwoman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, and director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Science and Technology.

Vice Chairman: Tang Yi
Tang Yi, born in February 1975, is a male of Han ethnicity. He holds a postgraduate degree from the Party School of the CPC Chongqing Committee and a Master's degree in Public Administration. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Tang is the vice chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a member of the leading Party members group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government, and Party secretary of Chifeng city.
