The Inner Mongolia pavilion at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) drew wide attention from both domestic and international visitors with its achievements in 10 major industrial clusters, including modern equipment manufacturing, new energy, and new materials.
Over the six-day event, the Inner Mongolia Pavilion had received more than 180,000 visits, achieved on-site transactions worth 2.28 million yuan ($321,126), and reached intended cooperation agreements totaling about 9.1 million yuan.
Inner Mongolia's new energy sector was a major highlight. Mufan Energy Technology Co attracted strong interest from Southeast Asian exhibitors with its hydrogen-ammonia gas turbine, known for its innovative and eco-friendly technology, leading to on-site purchase agreements.

In the green agriculture and livestock products section, dairy goods, high-quality beef and mutton, and organic grains stood out. "Through the CIIE platform, our products were discovered by Japanese buyers and successfully exported in October. We are now expanding to Mongolia and Malaysia," said Li Tingting, marketing director of Inner Mongolia Gaoyuan Almond Beverage Co.
During the expo, Inner Mongolia also launched the "Inner Mongolia Premium Products Nationwide Tour," themed "Grassland Treasures, Shared with the World". The initiative, featuring food tastings and intangible cultural heritage showcases, helped promote more local products to international markets.
From the first to the eighth CIIE, the event has become a key gateway connecting Inner Mongolia to the world – showcasing the region's vitality and vast potential as it advances toward high-quality development.
