Baotou's cuisines exude unique charm
Baotou city is located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Yin Mountain traverses the central part of the city and three terrain areas are formed: the northern plateau, the central mountain, and the southern plain.
Due to its unique topography and historic pastoral culture, the city produces a rich variety of local cuisines.
