The second Polo Open Championship to be held in Baotou kicked off at the equestrian field of Baotou Olympic Park on Nov 4-5, featuring teams from Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, and more.

After six rounds of intense competition, the Beijing team emerged as the champions, with Inner Mongolia securing second place and Tianjin taking third.

This year's Polo Open Championship is a continued equestrian-themed event held in Baotou, known as the "Horse City of China".

The horses used in this polo championship were domestically bred and trained by a local company and registered with the China Horse Industry Association.

Representing Inner Mongolia at the event, the Baotou Polo Team is a talented and promising new-generation team composed of graduates and current students from the Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.

Su Jun, a seasoned player from Shanghai, praised the Inner Mongolia team, saying, "These young men from Inner Mongolia are in high spirits, and I believe they represent the future of polo."

Tianjin's Li Yushuai, participating in the Baotou polo competition for the second time, shared his thoughts by saying, "I've noticed the event's facilities and support keep on improving. We are staying at an equestrian-themed hotel and enjoying the ambiance of China's 'Horse City' everywhere."
